Participate actively in solving problems related to mechanical systems (troubleshooting) Write functional test procedures for various mechanical systems and identify the tools required to execute Review and incorporation of engineering requirements.   Plan and implement changes in production  You will also have to investigate the technical issues and find solutions for the aircraft from preflight until delivery to the customer.  You will answer the technical questions of Methods, Quality and Production departments.   How to thrive in this role? You have a college degree in aircraft maintenance with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in aviation.  Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems is essential.   You must also have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative and a good technical judgment.  You must be able to work under minimum supervision.   Bilingualism and strong organizational and communication skills are also essential.   You have a strong customer focus.   Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver is an asset.
