Participate in organizing events and workshops focused on well-being and workplace culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects that enhance the employee journey. Maintain documentation and track metrics related to program effectiveness and participation. Conduct research on best practices in employee well-being and experience. During your internship, you will gain: Exposure to strategic HR initiatives and employee experience design. Practical experience in program coordination and internal communications. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in employee well-being, engagement, and organizational culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
